A Bank Support Worker provides day‑to‑day holistic support to adults with complex disabilities, following the Trust's intrinsic principles and behaviours. The role helps individuals maintain independence, feel included in their communities, and enjoy the best possible quality of life. You will work closely with experienced Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, Deputies, and Registered Managers as part of a dedicated, values‑driven team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality, person‑centred support tailored to individual needs.
  • Support adults with daily living activities while promoting independence and choice in all areas.
  • Encourage participation in community activities and meaningful experiences.
  • Maintain dignity, respect, and positive relationships at all times.
