Responsibilities:
- Assisting the store manager in overseeing all daily activities
- Mentoring and overseeing store employees as directed by the Store Manager
- Assuming full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Collaborating on daily operations, including merchandising, customer service, and human resources
- Reporting on daily operations and assisting in the creation of recruitment and sales strategies
- Maintaining optimal shop inventory levels and ensuring compliance with health and safety laws
- Keeping the store aesthetically pleasant and addressing customer issues efficiently
- Supporting clients and troubleshooting as needed
- Owning and contributing to store sales targets
