About the role
As an Assistant Building Surveyor you will engage with diverse projects across Housing, Education, Commercial, Care, and Health, contributing to energy efficiency and retrofit initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior surveyors with project tasks and documentation.
- Participate in field inspections and measurements.
- Support the preparation of cost estimates and reports.
- Collaborate on energy efficiency and retrofit projects.
- Contribute to client presentations and meetings.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of postgraduate experience in Building Surveying or a related field.
- Strong commitment to professional development, including ongoing pursuit of APC certification.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
