About the role

We are seeking a Weekend and Bank Holidays Care Assistant to work in clients' homes within Southern Trust. The role involves providing compassionate care and support to clients, attending 3-4 shifts per weekend and bank holidays, and ensuring a supportive environment. The position offers accredited training and ongoing development opportunities.

Shifts

Requirements

  • Must be a driver with access to a car
  • Availability for 3-4 shifts per weekend and bank holidays as per business requirements
  • Be prepared to travel within designated trust area
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a formal care setting
  • NVQ level 2 in care or equivalent
  • NISCC registered or willing to undertake if successful
