Trinity Support & Care Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated individual in Health and Social Care to lead the development, growth, and operational delivery of services across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The role reports to the Director of Operations & Governance and plays a key leadership role in shaping service excellence, strengthening compliance, embedding quality systems, and driving continuous improvement across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care across multiple services.
  • Drive service development, growth, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support and coach managers to achieve strong operational and quality outcomes.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks across NI and ROI.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, audits, and governance processes.
  • Build strong relationships with regulators, commissioners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee service performance, KPIs, and organisational objectives.
  • Support tendering, service expansion, and new service development.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, learning and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of senior management experience in health & social care.
  • Experience managing multi‑site services and senior leaders.
  • Proven track record in regulated services, compliance and quality improvement.
  • Experience working with regulators and external stakeholders.
  • Strong background in service development and organisational growth.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Health & Social Care (or related field).
  • Post‑graduate qualification in Leadership, Management or similar.
  • Evidenced continuous professional development.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks across NI and ROI.
