Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and be solely responsible for the growth and development of the North East Region.
- Carry out daily face‑to‑face visits to continuously develop key accounts, business relations, and product representation.
- Actively seek and identify sales growth and business opportunities such as developing display sales, stock offers, and developing existing business.
- Collaborate with customers and clients to identify needs and expectations to improve results through product representation.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, actively train and provide new and existing product information to colleagues and clients that work with HiB products.
- Maintain a high level of customer relationship management by actively communicating with customers on any issues that need to be resolved in a timely and proficient manner.
- Provide opportunities for continuous development through consistent daily and monthly reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Adaptability and flexibility – open to change (positive and negative).
- Dependability – reliable, responsible and fulfilling obligations.
- Sound knowledge of Office 365 applications.
- Knowledge of Sales I and Share Point is advantageous.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Extensive experience within area/external sales.
