As an Agricultural Service Technician, you'll be at the heart of our busy workshop operations. You will:
- Provide industry-leading technical support to customers and colleagues
- Repair, diagnose and maintain agricultural machinery from some of the most prestigious brands
- Ensure machinery operates to manufacturer specifications with precision and accuracy
- Offer technical guidance across the business
- Support on-call duties and out-of-hours service when required
- Work both in workshop and on farm as needed
- Maintain dealer standards and a clean, efficient workspace
- Build strong working relationships across all machinery departments
This is a hands-on, varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
We're seeking an individual who brings technical excellence and a positive, can-do attitude. You will have:
- A recognised apprenticeship and qualifications in machinery servicing and repair
- Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic expertise
- Experience working on a variety of machinery (agricultural or other sectors)
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to support busy periods and weekend work
- A proactive approach to managing priorities and meeting deadlines
- A full UK driving licence
