We are seeking a dedicated Quality & Assurance Executive to join our team. The Quality & Assurance Executive will be responsible for assisting in developing and implementing quality assurance policies, monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the excellence and consistency of our business operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct quality assurance on work processed through the Validations, Complaints, Customer Services and Appeals teams.
  • Maintain and ensure consistency with QA on all tasks reviewed.
  • Assist in analysing quality performance metrics.
  • Assist the Team Leader in creating and maintaining quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product and service quality.
  • Assist in identifying areas for improvement across quality assurance and potentially other departments.
  • Collaborate with departments on processes and quality improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Detail‑oriented individual with the ability to process detailed information effectively and consistently.
  • Effective communicator, proactive and accurate.
  • Team player, willing to support both the team and team manager.
  • Must agree to Basic Disclosure under DBS procedures; employment conditional on a satisfactory Disclosure report.

  • Location: Newton Abbot with hybrid flexibilities after probation period.

  • Postholder may be required to travel to external meetings on occasion by the most effective means available.
