Bitrecruit are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our team in Birmingham on a 6‑month Fixed Term Contract. The role will be providing support to the office with the transition from IRIS to CCH (practice management systems).

As an Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Create new companies for registration with Companies House
  • Set up existing companies that come on board and send out professional clearance and information requests to clients.
  • Update any new information and details on the system and file with Companies House i.e. addresses, change of year end, satisfying charges etc.
  • Complete any HMRC share 4 share letters, documents and filings at Companies House
  • Prepare share forms for clients who require movements in their company
  • E‑file accounts with Companies House and roll jobs.
  • Monitor accounts filing deadline list and update managers throughout the month when accounts are due.
  • Standard monthly billing
  • General invoicing and write‑offs at month end
  • Any ad‑hoc work to be completed by Partners/Manager

The Ideal Administrator will have Administration experience in an Accountancy Practice.
