We support people with their day‑to‑day lives and engage them in meaningful and impactful activities that help them build skills and take part in their hobbies. The enrichment team works closely with the therapies team to support communication, assistive technology, hydrotherapy and rebound therapy, and we also provide access to activities such as arts & crafts, sailing, abseiling and music sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the care of people by assisting with their day‑to‑day lives.
- Engage participants in a diverse range of activities to build skills and hobbies.
- Collaborate with the therapies team on communication, assistive technology, hydrotherapy and rebound therapy.
- Plan and deliver activities such as arts & crafts, sailing, abseiling and music sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a safe environment for participants.
