Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to work in Bradford + Homebased on a full time permanent basis. The role can consider 1-2 days/week homebased and remaining days sitebased.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Occupational Health unit
  • Manage day to day operational and clinical activity
  • Provide senior clinical management and supervision to OH team
  • Lead on clinical governance and professional standards
  • Case Management
  • Health Surveillance to include: Audiometry, Spirometry, HAV's, Pre-employment assessments, Health promotion

Qualifications

  • Experienced and qualified Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor
  • Strong case management and health surveillance experience
  • Proven leadership/management experience

Compensation

Salary up to £48,000 + Benefits

Start and Location

Start: November 2026. Work location: Bradford (1-2 days per week home-based, remaining days site-based).
