Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Nurse Manager to work in Oxford, Oxfordshire on a full time permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall management and performance of the Occupational Health service
  • Providing leadership, clinical supervision and line management to an onsite multi-discipline clinical team
  • Managing complex health surveillance programmes
  • Overseeing service delivery
  • Ensuring consistently high standards
  • Ad-Hoc case management
  • Expert clinical input for high risk cases
  • Expectation to visit other sites Wiltshire, Hampshire, West Midlands on a quarterly and Ad-Hoc basis to ensure OH services are delivered to a high standard
  • Expenses will be reimbursed.

Qualifications:

To apply you will need to be an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Manager with previous managerial experience and full driving licence.
