Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Nurse Manager to work in Oxford, Oxfordshire on a full time permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Overall management and performance of the Occupational Health service
- Providing leadership, clinical supervision and line management to an onsite multi-discipline clinical team
- Managing complex health surveillance programmes
- Overseeing service delivery
- Ensuring consistently high standards
- Ad-Hoc case management
- Expert clinical input for high risk cases
- Expectation to visit other sites Wiltshire, Hampshire, West Midlands on a quarterly and Ad-Hoc basis to ensure OH services are delivered to a high standard. Expenses will be reimbursed.
Qualifications:
To apply you will need to be an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Manager with previous managerial experience and full driving licence.
