Occupational Health Staffing is looking to recruit a Lead Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to work Homebased – Remote plus occasional travel throughout Scotland as and when required on a full time temporary basis starting ASAP for up to 12 months. The role will involve:

Assist the Health and Wellbeing manager in development of OH Service

Support and implementation of OH policies and procedures

Develop monitor and review clinical governance arrangement and standards

Undertake clinical audits

Plan and undertake pre-placement health assessments
-
Fitness to work assessments
-
Case management
-
Help to direct and support team
-
Support implementation of Health surveillance to include audiometry and spirometry

Health promotions
-
Responsible for delivery of nurse led clinics , including the triaging of cases

Lead on health and wellbeing projects, occupational hygiene, risk management, health awareness

Recruit, lead, develop and help manage all employee

Manage effectively all resources such as equipment
To apply you will need to be an experienced and qualified Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with strong case management and health surveillance experience as well as proven leadership and clinical governance and audit experience.
