Occupational Heath Staffing is looking to recruit an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor Team Leader to work in Acton + Travel on a full time permanent basis. You will be working across multiple sites in Acton which extend from Euston to West Ruislip. All sites are easily accessible via public transport and travel expenses via TFL zones will be covered. There is no parking at any of the sites.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a clinical team
  • Deliver OH services and minor treatment as the Clinical Lead
  • Conduct recruitment, inductions and regular competency reviews
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with professional standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple sites and attend site operation meetings
  • Present monthly MI and KPI data to commercial and operational teams
  • Coordinate workplace well-being initiatives

Qualifications

To apply you will need to be a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor on part 3 of the NMC with previous leadership and case management experience.
