The Associate Consultant Role

O C&C is recruiting for summer interns in our US offices. The summer internship program is designed to give students a fully immersive and realistic experience of life as an Associate Consultant at our office. As a summer intern, you will be expected to support the delivery of strategic advice to clients through the preparation and delivery of analytic modules. Summer interns will be staffed on projects and are expected to actively contribute to case work. The summer internship role will include a variety of data gathering and analysis assignments, as well as interpretation and presentation of findings. Interns will work directly with all levels of the engagement team and are encouraged to be involved in a variety of internal office-wide initiatives. We have a set number of vacancies for each of our offices (Boston & New York) therefore location choice will be first come first serve. Please note that which office you intern in will not dictate which office you would work in if a full-time offer is received; you will have a choice of either.

As a rapidly growing office, we require candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to engage in all levels of firm development. New hires will be expected to immediately contribute to project work and also be intimately involved in firm development, including recruiting, cultural initiatives, office operations and client development.
