USA Associate Consultant 2027

OC&C is recruiting for the Associate Consultant position in our New York and Boston offices. The primary role of an Associate Consultant is to support the delivery of strategic advice to clients through the preparation and delivery of analytic modules as an active member of the engagement team. Associate Consultants work in collaboration with and receive support from all levels of the engagement team. OC&C project work will include a variety of data gathering and analysis assignments, as well as interpretation and presentation of findings. Compensation for the Associate Consultant position is competitive with top tier consulting firms.

The ideal candidate will have an intuitive analytical mind and strong numeracy. Through their extra-curricular or academic activities they will be able to demonstrate strong teamwork skills and be able to communicate very effectively in both written and oral settings. As a rapidly growing office, we require candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to engage in all levels of firm development. New hires will be expected to immediately contribute to project work and also be intimately involved in firm development initiatives such as recruiting and client development.
