TMT OC&C Strategy Consultants has a leading TMT practice, working with clients across a wide variety of sub-sectors including Software, IT Services, Media and Entertainment, Consumer Internet, Business Information Services and Education. Our client base includes an exceptional mix of leading global brands, high-growth challenger businesses, and many of the world's foremost private equity firms. We advise on a broad range of strategic issues across some of the most dynamic and fast-evolving sectors, helping our clients navigate rapid technological change, shifting competitive landscapes, and new growth opportunities. The pace of innovation in these markets means our work is intellectually stimulating and varied.

The team has a highly collaborative and people-centric culture, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and mutual support. While the role is based in our London office, the TMT practice works closely with colleagues across our international network, particularly in Continental Europe and the US. This role primarily involves leading OC&C project teams of three to six consultants, across corporate strategy and commercial due diligence work. Your role will be to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards. While you will contribute to business development activities, your principal focus will be supporting Partners and building long-term client relationships through delivery excellence and repeat business.

Responsibilities:

• Design analytical approaches across both quantitative and qualitative workstreams on strategy and transaction projects, and manage team delivery.
• Own and develop high-quality deliverables that deliver a compelling answer for our client (in collaboration with the senior team).
• Build strong relationships across OC&C and with clients, establishing a reputation as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and coach junior team members both on and off projects.
• Contribute to business development activities, including pitches and proposal development.
• Support TMT sector initiatives to strengthen OC&C’s position as a leader in strategy consulting in this space.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 4+ years' experience gained within an external strategy consultancy.
• Excellent leadership capabilities and experience managing teams of 3+.
• Experience in one or more of our TMT sub-sectors – particularly software, IT services, consumer internet, media, business information services or education.
• Structured, hypothesis-driven problem solver with strong analytical rigour and a track record delivering commercial due diligence, transaction support, and TMT strategy projects.
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused communicator with high professional integrity, strong organisational skills, and the credibility to influence senior clients and colleagues in a collaborative, inclusive manner.
• Strong academics and an outstanding track record of achieving and exceeding objectives.
