The primary role of an Associate Consultant – Analytics (Experienced Hire) is to support the delivery of strategic advice to senior client management through analytics and data expertise. You will deliver analytic modules with guidance from senior team members, involving data gathering, cleaning, analysis, modeling, and interpretation of results.

You will work directly with clients to conduct advanced analyses across various data sources and will play a key role in team problem solving and delivering insights from analyses.

About The Candidate

We seek candidates with excellent communication and analytical skills, demonstrating proficiency in the following areas:

Key skills and competencies:

• 1.5-4 years of experience in analytics relevant to OC&C\’s industries, with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• Experience in data collection, cleaning, merging, and profiling for modeling
• Knowledge of statistical analyses, modeling, and ability to explain analytic processes and rationale for chosen approaches
• Familiarity with supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms for customer segmentation, behavior prediction, response modeling, recommendations, and optimization
• Programming experience with Python and/or R
• Teamwork and project management skills: collaborative, fair share of work, creative ideas, deadline-oriented, leadership abilities
• Excellent written communication skills: clear, concise reports and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences
• Effective oral communication: structured, concise, and engaging in client and team interactions
