We are currently seeking a Consultant to join a high-performing team based in Ireland, working in the Financial Sector. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with clients, helping them solve complex business challenges and deliver impactful, technology-led transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of strategic technology programmes, working alongside cross-functional teams across areas such as Payments, Banking, Credit, Digital Channels, and Finance. You will engage regularly with clients to understand their challenges and translate business needs into effective digital and technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
You will play a key role in capturing, analysing, and prioritising change requirements, including epics and user stories, while producing high-quality documentation such as process maps, functional specifications, and business cases. Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams, you will ensure clarity of requirements and alignment with organisational goals.
The role also involves supporting testing, deployment, and release activities, ensuring delivery standards are met. In addition, you will contribute to technology assessments, strategy development, and solution implementation, while supporting business development initiatives including proposal writing and client relationship management.
This position would suit a candidate with around 3 years experience in digital transformation, technology delivery, or IT advisory roles. Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce, Temenos, nCino, Finacle, Finastra, FIS, Dovetail, Algo Suite, or Microsoft Dynamics would be highly advantageous.
You will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and confidence working with senior stakeholders. Familiarity with regulatory standards, strategic frameworks, and delivery tools will also be beneficial.
