Technology Transformation Consultants to join a talented team in Ireland. You’ll work closely with clients in the Financial Services sector to help solve complex business challenges, implement digital solutions and deliver strategic technology initiatives.

Collaborating with cross functional teams across domains such as Payments, Banking & Credit, Digital Channels, and Finance. Engaging with clients to understand their challenges and define technology-led solutions. You will be involved in capturing and prioritising change requirements (epics and user stories) creating supporting documentations including process maps and business cases.

Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams to align outcome with strategic goals of the company. Ensuring all testing and deployment requirements are met. In addition, you will support technology assessments, strategy development and solution implementation. You will assist in business development activities, including proposal writing and client relationship management.

This would suit someone with minimum 3 years experience in digital transformation, technology delivery roles or IT advisory. Exposure to one of the following platforms such as Salesforce, Temenos, nCino, Finacle, Finastra, FIS, Dovetail, Algo Suite or Microsoft Dynamics.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and senior management. Familiarity with regulatory standards, strategic frameworks, and tools.
