Looking for an experienced workplace manager to take responsibility for the Modern Work and EUC landscape. You will be responsible for delivery, performance, and continuous improvements, with responsibility for EUC, digital tools, devices, and workplace services. The environment must be reliable, secure, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and continuously improve the modern work ecosystem across collaboration.
  • Support integration of modern work tools with enterprise platforms and applications, working closely with cyber security to enable secure access for employees, contractors, and partners.
  • Define and own the EUC roadmap, overseeing endpoint management, patching (OS and application), identity, access, and compliance.
  • Manage strategies, builds, shared devices, and remote working model, looking at costs and security, working with vendors against SLAs, KPIs, and experience outcomes.
  • Lead adoption of new modern work tools, technologies, and ways of working, service data, incident trends, and user feedback to drive improvement.
  • Contribute to roadmaps and Group IT strategy and comply with security, privacy, license compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Past commercial experience delivering EUC or modern work services in a complex organisation.
  • Experience managing vendors and third‑party service providers.
  • Experience supporting hybrid enterprise services and distributed workforces.
  • Relevant qualifications in IT service management, modern work, or equivalent experience.
