Solutions Architect, Defence & Security, Stoke on Trent
Client facing, Solutions Architect to join a talented team. Delivery cutting-edge, high security solutions for a growing MSP. You will be the bridge between clients and technical execution. Translating complex requirements into secure, scalable, and effective solutions.
Working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure technical integrity, alignment with industry best practices, and successful project delivery.
Designing end-to-end secure solutions and develop detailed architecture diagrams both high- and low-level designs, specifications, and implementation roadmaps. Collaborating with sales, project managers, engineers, and vendors to shape and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
Engaging with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, technical challenges, and security requirements.
This would suit a strong communicator who is happy in a client facing role as you will lead technical workshops and presentations to gain, buy in from senior stakeholders. Providing technical oversight during the implementation lifecycles, resolving issues, guiding improvements, and ensuring compliance.
In addition to responding to RFI/RFP\’s with detailed and tailored technical proposals, identifying and driving opportunities for innovation and enhancement of existing solutions.
Strong solution architecture, and ideally system design across secure / defence environments. Proficiency in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, or certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, ITILV4 would be a plus. Any experience around solution design and modelling tools, enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP, virtualization, networking, or cybersecurity tools.
Must be SC cleared or able to obtain SC and eventually DV clearance.
