I am currently working with a leading contractor who is expanding their presence across the UK and Europe within the Energy, Power & Renewables sector. As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a major UK-based EP&R (Energy, Power & Renewables) project. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking and well-established organisation at the forefront of renewable infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial and contractual requirements across the full project lifecycle
- Act as the commercial interface with the client team
- Lead on procurement of subcontractor packages and supplier agreements
- Carry out cost planning, forecasting, and risk analysis
- Manage and respond to key contractual correspondence
- Oversee subcontractor performance and valuations
- Prepare project margin and cashflow reports
- Handle project variations and agree commercial changes with the client
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
- Previous experience delivering renewable energy or infrastructure projects in the UK
- Electrical project experience is desirable
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
