Senior Manager – Finance Transformation – Dublin

Experienced Finance Transformation Professionals to join a team in Ireland. In this role, you will be looking at building strong client relationships across multiple sectors, leading end to end delivery of client engagements, managing diverse teams and ensuring high quality results on time and within budget. Would suit someone with leadership experience in areas such as Finance Operating Models, Global Business Services, and Finance Technology. Key area of focus is managing project risks, stakeholder expectations, and change across large-scale transformation initiatives. In addition to contributing to business development activities including proposal writing and client pitches.
Our client is looking for someone with around 8-10 years experience in consulting or Industry Finance roles with a focus on Finance Reporting (VPM), Finance Process & Automation, ERP implementations, Shared Services/Outsourcing, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Budgeting & Planning. This would suit someone with experience of managing complex projects from strategy through execution, strong stakeholder management experience and excellent communicational skills.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, MBA, PMP or Prince2 is essential.
