Project Manager (Solar & BESS) Are you ready to take the next step in your solar career? We’re working with a leading renewable energy contractor expanding its UK operations, seeking an Solar & BESS Project Manager to join their high-performing team. You’ll manage the delivery of commercial & utility-scale solar PV and battery storage projects across the UK – from pre-construction through to commissioning. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple solar PV and BESS projects Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring delivery on time and to budget Liaise with DNOs, consultants, and internal design teams to ensure technical compliance, including grid integration of BESS systems Coordinate civil, electrical, and BESS installation works throughout the construction programme Maintain strict HSEQ standards across all project phases Monitor and report on project progress, risk, and cost to senior management Support contract negotiations and procurement activities, particularly for battery systems and energy management technologies.
