Talented Network Consultant working with Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet and Zscaler to join an award winning MSP. You will be leading and contributing to the delivery of network and security projects, including new deployments, upgrades, migrations and change implementations ensuring that solutions meet customers requirements. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently working for an MSP or have client/customer facing skills.

Key Technologies: Cisco, SD-WAN, WAN, LAN, Data Centre switching and Security, Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet and Zscaler.

You will be joining a team of highly professional team of 3rd line engineers, working closely with customers to understand their technical requirements. You will build and deliver solutions that meet and exceed expectations.

Strong communications skills are essential with a passion for working with end clients. You will be responsible for delivery and presentation of the solutions to both new and existing customers. Looking at delivery and operational support of customer solutions encompassing LAN, WAN and Network Security. Providing 3rd line support assistance for complex incidents and escalations when required to ensure effective resolutions.

Would suit someone with strong layer 2 & 3 networking expertise, strong Cisco background and any experience around Zscaler delivery is advantageous.

Knowledge or understanding of Software Defined Network and SD-WAN, alongside experience handling and managing customer support incidents.

Working in a collaborative environment personality is key, as you will liaise closely with clients, fellow team members and have a friendly and excellent telephone manner that will allow you to build rapport easily.

This role is primarily remote, but there will be requirement to travel to clients sites where required.
