Our client is looking for a National Account Executive to join their team on a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a great opportunity for a commercially savvy individual to work with some of the UK’s most recognisable retail accounts.

As National Account Executive, you will support the Senior Account Manager in the day-to-day management of key national accounts. You will play a key role in implementing category initiatives, coordinating promotional activity, and supporting price negotiations. You will also manage customer planograms, liaise with marketing agencies, and build strong, cross-functional relationships across internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Account Manager with the delivery of account plans.
  • Assist in implementing promotional and category strategies.
  • Contribute to price discussions and negotiation.
  • Manage and update customer planograms.
  • Coordinate with marketing agencies on campaign execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across various departments and external stakeholders.

This role would suit someone with proven experience supporting sales growth, ideally within retail, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, in addition to strong organisational and time management abilities.
