We\’re working with a leading renewable energy contractor who is looking to hire a Junior Solar PV Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial and utility scale solar installations across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on projects of various size, while gaining hands on experience in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the world. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering Solar PV projects from inception to completion Support senior project managers with scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and compliance Liaise with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure projects run smoothly Monitor project progress and generate status reports for stakeholders Ensure adherence to health & safety, environmental, and quality standards Help manage project documentation, including permits, risk assessments, and technical specs Requirements: Degree or diploma in engineering, renewable energy, construction management, or related field 1–2 years\’ experience in a construction or energy environment preferred Strong interest in Solar PV and sustainability Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment Full driving licence (site travel required) What’s on Offer: Mentorship from senior project professionals Career development pathway into full Project Manager role Involvement in high-profile solar projects Supportive, forward-thinking company culture Training and certifications in renewable energy systems
