Overview

We are looking for a proactive, motivated Junior Analyst / IT Field Engineer with hands-on commercial working experience in IT infrastructure, networking, LAN/WAN, switches, and firewalls, ideally training in Cisco or working towards a CCNA or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Work out in the field and in the office in Stoke; drive and have own vehicle.
  • Support office setups, infrastructure upgrades, and networking projects.
  • Assist with IT integration during acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Contribute to ongoing maintenance and monitoring of IT systems.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on commercial IT infrastructure and networking experience (LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls).
  • Training in Cisco or working towards CCNA or similar.
  • Must be able to drive and have your own vehicle; driving license essential.
  • Willingness to learn and expand IT experience; proactive and motivated.

Additional information

Expenses for petrol/overnight stays and meals are covered by the client. The role is based in Stoke-on-Trent with opportunities to grow within a well-established, successful organisation.
