IT Analyst – Stoke-on-Trent

Working with a well-established client in Stoke-on-Trent who is looking to add an IT Analyst to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of IT support experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

You’ll join a supportive IT team of around 20 people, providing high-quality technical support both on-site and remotely. You’ll play a key role in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving IT tickets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide first- and second-line support to internal users, both in person and remotely
  2. Respond to and resolve IT tickets in a timely and professional manner
  3. Perform routine maintenance checks, software updates, and system monitoring
  4. Support software and hardware troubleshooting and configuration
  5. Participate in IT projects including system upgrades, infrastructure changes, and software rollouts

Tech Stack:

  • Microsoft environment (Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, etc.)
  • Hardware and peripheral troubleshooting
  • Ticketing systems and remote support tools
