Information Security Assurance Compliance Analyst – Staffordshire
Experienced Information Assurance Analyst to join a small, dedicated, experienced growing team in Staffordshire. If you want to make a real impact by strengthening security, protecting data, and driving compliance across an organisation, this role is for you.
You’ll be the go-to person for audits, assessments, and compliance checks. From keeping policies and the Cyber Risk Register up to date, to reviewing IT, OT, Cloud, and SaaS platforms, you’ll spot risks before they become problems. You’ll also lead on third-party and supply chain reviews, prepare the business for audits and certifications, and run engaging training sessions to keep compliance front of mind.
Alongside this, you’ll manage penetration testing with external providers, support IT audits and investigations, and work closely with internal teams to identify and close compliance gaps. Ideally experience in OT – Operational technology environments.
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in assurance, compliance, or audit, with strong knowledge of UK data protection including GDPR.
Familiarity with frameworks NIST or Cyber Essentials is essential, along with a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to influence change across teams.
