O'Callaghan Collection is seeking a Maintenance Operative to perform general maintenance and repairs across guest suites, meeting spaces, restaurant, bar, and common areas. The role involves both planned and reactive tasks, ensuring minimal guest impact and adherence to budget controls and timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair hotel property, restaurant, bar and grounds.
- Respond to all maintenance concerns.
- Perform and monitor preventive maintenance projects.
- Address building‑related safety concerns.
- Maintain compliance with hotel maintenance procedures.
- Support maintenance programs by executing daily, weekly and monthly checklists.
- Assist management in specifying supplies and equipment.
- Deal with guest‑related concerns.
- Maintain guest rooms, public spaces and back‑of‑house areas in good repair across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, wall covering and tiling.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is desirable.
