While others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top quality products on time and in an efficient manner. You'll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you'll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like!
In return, we use our automated technology to pre-plan your route and pre-load your van. Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays - so on top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £12.70 per hour. You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime to fund those special occasions! All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid. Shifts will vary, but more information is included at the bottom of this advert to help you understand what that might look like.

Requirements
- Driving Licence: Full UK or EU driving licence
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
- Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products; you must be over 18 to apply
- Good communication skills due to customer-facing role
How to apply
Fill in an online application - there is no CV needed. Our friendly recruitment team will contact you to conduct an Online Licence Check and Right to Work Checks. You will be invited to tour the site to meet the team for a Q&A session. We will also conduct a Disclosure Barring System (DBS) check. After all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and begin your career with Ocado Logistics.
Contract and Schedule
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
- Contracted days: Any 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts; subject to change with pre-boarding information
- Shifts: AM & PM; start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 (midnight)
- Commute time: Please check before applying
- Shift rota available up to 13 weeks in advance
- Pay Structure: Lunar pay (paid every 4 weeks)
Pay
- Basic Rate (Monday to Saturday): £12.26 per hour
- Evening Premium (from 6pm): £1.12
- Sunday Day Premium: £1.23
- Sunday Evening Premium: £2.46
- Overtime Rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £15.33
- Overtime Rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £16.73
