  • Stockport, Greater Manchester - £12.70 Full Time
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Your contracted workweek is 37.5 hours, which can be scheduled as five 7.5-hour days within a seven day period.
  • Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight).
  • You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.
  • Pay Structure: This position is lunar paid, meaning you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.

Requirements:

  • Full UK or EU driving licence.
  • Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points.
  • No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

As a Customer Service Team Member at Ocado Logistics, you will be out on the road in all weather, delivering quality goods on time and contributing to a positive customer experience. This is a customer facing role where you will be communicating with customers and using automated technology to pre-plan routes and pre-load your van. All breaks are paid, and you will be expected to work evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering groceries with care and efficiency.
