Whilst others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top quality products on time and in an efficient manner.
In return, we use our automated technology to pre plan your route and pre-load your van! Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays - so on top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.86 per hour. You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime to fund those special occasions! All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid. Everyone's shifts will vary but more information is included at the bottom of this advert to help you understand what that might look like.

Requirements
- No previous experience needed; just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our training team will do the rest!
- Driving Licence Requirements: Full UK or EU driving licence
- Our friendly recruitment team will conduct an Online Licence Check and Right to Work Checks
- Invitation to tour the site, meet the team, and have a light touch interview
- We will run a Disclosure Barring System check (DBS)
- Once all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and start your career with Ocado Logistics
Contract Details
- Type: Permanent
- Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
- Work schedule: Any 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts
- Shift Times: AM & PM, starting as early as 05:30 and as late as 12:00 midnight
- Shift rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance
Pay Rates
- Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate)
- Evening Premium (from 6pm)
- Sunday Day Premium
- Sunday Evening Premium
- Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift)
- Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift)
