What were looking for
- New to warehousing? No problem. Skills can be taught. Bring your positive attitude and we'll support you every step of the way.
- You must be18 or over .
- You must be able to handle Meat and Alcohol
- You must be within reasonable commute time from the site using your method of transport.
- For your safety and the safety of others, you must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions
You will work 4 nights in every 7-day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends
Nights Pick shift times are 18:35 to 04:35
As a Night Pick Operative , you'll play a key role in preparing customer orders for delivery by accurately picking products and ensuring they are ready for dispatch. This is a hands-on, physically active role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in delivering high standards of accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Work to productivity and accuracy targets.
- Use warehouse equipment safely following training.
- Complete basic equipment checks.
- Follow health and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
We host Pick Interviews on Mondays. Tuesdays, & Thursdays giving you the opportunity to experience the role and meet the team.
Successful candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and safe working practices may be offered the opportunity to join our team.
