Recruitment Process
Our friendly recruitment team will get in touch to conduct an Online Licence Check and Right to Work Checks. You will be invited to take a tour of the site, giving you the opportunity to meet the team for a question‑and‑answer session. We will run a Disclosure Barring System check (DBS). Once all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will start. You don't need any previous experience to join our good‑natured team – just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK or EU driving licence.
- Minimum 6 months driving experience.
- Maximum of 6 penalty points.
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
- Must be over 18 years old (to handle alcohol products).
- Good communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality goods to customers on time.
- Interact with customers courteously.
- Ensure accurate handling of alcohol products where applicable.
- Maintain a positive customer experience.
Shift & Pay
Part‑Time/Temporary/Seasonal – 3 × 8‑hour shifts each week with shifts scheduled on different days each week. You will work any 3 days out of 7. Shifts: AM & PM, earliest start 05:30, latest finish 12:00 (midnight). You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance. Base pay £13.53 per hour, plus premiums that increase average hourly earnings. All breaks are paid. Pay structure is lunar paid – you will be paid every 4 weeks on a monthly schedule.

Contract Details
Contracted days: You will be required to work any 3 days out of 7 doing 8‑hour shifts, with further information provided during pre‑boarding.
