You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather. Our automated technology pre‑plans your route and pre‑loads your van. Working patterns involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. On top of your base pay of £13.86 per hour, you will receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings. You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime. All breaks are paid.

Once all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will start.
Contract Details:
- Contract Type: Permanent.
- Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks). You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 working 8‑hour shifts.
- Shift Pattern: AM & PM. Early shift may start as early as 05:30 in the morning; late shift may finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. Shift rota will be provided up to 13 weeks in advance.
- Pay Structure: Lunar paid (every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule).
- Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.28
- Evening Premium (from 6pm): £14.40
- Sunday Day Premium: £14.61
- Sunday Evening Premium: £15.84
- Monday to Saturday Day Shift Overtime: £16.60
- Monday to Saturday Evening Shift Overtime: £17.72
