Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire, GB, LS1 3
Contract Type: Permanent
Contract Hours: 37.5 hours (including paid breaks)
Contracted Days: You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7, completing 7.5 hour shifts. This is subject to change at any time, and further information will be provided during pre-boarding.
Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.
Pay Structure: This position is lunar paid, meaning you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please consider this when applying.
Hourly Pay Rates:
- Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £12.75
- Evening Premium (from 6pm): £1.12
- Sunday Day Premium: £1.28
- Sunday Evening Premium: £2.51
- Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £15.94
- Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £17.06
Additional Information:
Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. On top of your base pay, you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.41 per hour. You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime for special occasions. All your breaks are paid, meaning you get paid for every minute at work.

Requirements:
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
- Applicants must be over 18 to handle alcohol products
- Good communication skills as this is a customer-facing role
