You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like! In return, we use our automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van!

Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. On top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.90 per hour. You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime.

All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid.

What we need from you

You don\’t need any previous experience – just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our training team will do the rest!

Driving Licence Requirements

• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable)
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years

Some deliveries involve alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As this is a customer‑facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract Details

Contract Type: Permanent

Work week: 40 hours – either four 10‑hour days or five 8‑hour days within a seven‑day period.

Shifts: AM & PM – start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 midnight. Shift rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure: Lunar – paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.

Hourly Pay Rates

• Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate) – £13.44
• Evening Premium (from 6 pm) – £1.12
• Sunday Day Premium – £1.34
• Sunday Evening Premium – £2.58
• Overtime Monday to Saturday (Day Shift) – £16.80
• Overtime Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift) – £18.20
