Job Overview

We are excited to recruit Customer Service Team Members for Ocado Logistics. You will deliver customer products on the road, interact with customers, and support the team in delivering high–quality goods on time.

Recruitment Process

Our friendly recruitment team will conduct an Online Licence Check and Right to Work Checks. You will be invited to take a tour of the site, meet the team, and participate in a relaxed interview. We will run a Disclosure Barring System check (DBS). Once all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will start!

Requirements

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Over 18 years old (some deliveries involve alcohol).
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay Structure

Hourly Pay Rates:

• Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate) – £13.55
• Monday to Saturday Evening (18:00‑06:00) – £14.67
• Sunday Basic – £14.91
• Sunday Evening (18:00‑06:00) – £16.14
• Day Overtime – £16.94
• Evening Overtime (18:00‑06:00) – £18.06

Shifts: AM & PM, with start times as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). We pay in lunar cycles – every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.

Working Patterns

Our working patterns include evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. You will receive shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.
