Overview

Ocado Logistics’ Customer Service Team Members play a vital role by delivering top‑quality products on time and in an efficient manner. You will be out on the road whatever the weather, and our automated technology pre‑plans and pre‑loads your van. Working patterns involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays, with premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £13.53.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries and other products to customers on time.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Use automated systems to plan routes and load cargo efficiently.
• Provide courteous service and excellent customer communication.
• Ensure timely completion of all deliveries while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum 6 months (12 months desirable) of driving experience.
• Maximum 6 penalty points on licence.
• No driving disqualifications in the last 5 years.
• Over 18 years of age for alcohol handling duties.
• Good communication skills.

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Permanent.
• Contract Hours: 40 hours per week (including paid breaks).
• Contracted days: Any 5 of 7 days, 8‑hour shifts.
• Shift timing: AM & PM; start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 midnight.
• Shift rota published up to 13 weeks in advance.
• Pay Structure: Lunar paid; paid every 4 weeks on a monthly schedule.
