While others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top quality products on time and in an efficient manner. You'll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you'll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like! In return, we use our automated technology to pre-plan your route and pre-load your van.
Job Details
- This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and perfect for those looking for a part-time schedule.
- You will work 3 x 8-hour shifts each week with shifts scheduled on different days each week.
- On top of your base pay, you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £14.60 per hour.

Requirements
- No previous experience needed; bring a positive attitude and our training team will handle the rest.
- Driving Licence Requirements:
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
- Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, so you must be over 18
- Good communication skills are essential as this is a customer-facing role.

- Our recruitment team will conduct an online licence check and right to work checks.
- Invite to tour the site and meet the team for Q&A.
- Run a DBS check.
- Upon completion of all checks, offer the role and start your career with Ocado Logistics.
Contract Details
- Type: Permanent, Part-Time
- Hours: 24 hours per week including paid breaks
- Days: Any 3 days out of 7, with further details provided during pre-boarding
- Shifts: AM & PM, starting as early as 05:30 and ending as late as 12:00 midnight; check commute time before applying
- Pay Structure: Lunar paid (paid every 4 weeks)
Hourly Pay Rates
- Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.96
- Evening Premium (from 6pm): £15.08
- Sunday Day Premium: £15.36
- Sunday Evening Premium: £16.59
