Ocado Logistics is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own a large UK payroll for around 12,000 colleagues and drive improvement across the function. The role is hybrid (Hatfield) with two days on site and a focus on accuracy, compliance and timely payment.
You'll deliver end-to-end payroll processing, manage HMRC submissions, reporting, and collaborate with People, Finance, and external providers to optimise pay delivery and controls.
