In return, we use our automated technology to pre plan your route and pre-load your van!

Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays - so on top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £14.47 per hour. You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime to fund those special occasions!

All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid. That's a great deal!

Requirements

You don't need any previous experience to join our good-natured team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest!

Driving Licence Requirements

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.

Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract Details

• Type: Permanent
• Hours: 37.5 or 40 hours which includes paid breaks
• Days: Any 5 days out of 7, shifts of 7.5 or 8 hours, further details during pre-boarding
• Shifts: AM & PM, from as early as 05:30 to as late as 12:00 (midnight). Shift rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay and Rates

The position is lunar paid, with payment every 4 weeks on a monthly schedule.

Hourly Pay Rates (Monday to Saturday)

• Basic Rate: £13.89
• Evening Premium (from 6pm): £15.01
• Sunday Day Premium: £15.28
• Sunday Evening Premium: £16.51
• Overtime Rate (Day Shift): £17.36
• Overtime Rate (Evening Shift): £18.48
