Only a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are required – no prior experience needed. You will be a Customer Service Team Member, delivering top-quality products on time and interacting with people from all walks of life. You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality goods on time, using automated pre-planned routes.
- Interact with customers while maintaining a professional customer service level.
- Work evenings, weekends, and weekdays as required, with shifts ranging from 05:30 to midnight.
- Keep all breaks paid and maintain accurate time-keeping.

Recruitment Process
- Online licence check and right-to-work checks.
- Tour of the site and Q&A with the team.
- Disclosure Barring System (DBS) check.
- Offer of the role upon completion of checks.
Contract and Pay
- Contract type: Permanent.
- Hours: 40 per week including paid breaks.
- You will work any 5 days out of 7, with 8-hour shifts, and receive a shift rota 13 weeks in advance.
- Pay structure: Lunar paid – paid every 4 weeks on a monthly schedule.
- Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate) – £13.89 per hour.
- Evening Premium (from 18:00) – £15.01 per hour.
- Sunday Day Premium – £15.28 per hour.
- Sunday Evening Premium – £16.51 per hour.
- Monday-Saturday (Day Shift) Overtime – £17.36 per hour.
- Monday-Saturday (Evening Shift) Overtime – £18.48 per hour.
Average salary: £30,100 per annum. Hourly earnings increase to £14.47 on average with premiums, and you can further boost earnings with enhanced overtime.
