Senior Celonis Analyst (FTC)

Overview

Senior Celonis Analyst (FTC) – Strategy & Operations | London | Hybrid (2 days in the office). 12 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance Celonis process models and analysis dashboards.
• Collaborate with spokes (e.g., Technology Operations, Logistics, Finance) to understand requirements and translate them into Celonis solutions.
• Deliver actionable insights that uncover process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
• Support the CoE Lead in documenting, standardising, and sharing best practices across Ocado.
• Assist in onboarding new Celonis users, providing training, guidance, and ongoing support.
• Coordinate with Celonis support teams and manage technical troubleshooting as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in SQL; hands-on experience with process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle, Jira, SAP) and process flows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to automation technologies (Celonis Action Flows, RPA) or scripting.
• Experience working within supply chain, finance, or operations environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and data tools (e.g., GCP, Looker, Python).
