In this role you will drive the growth agenda for Ocado’s European partners, leveraging OSP expertise to boost customer acquisition, retention and order value. You’ll build strong relationships with partner ecommerce, marketing and technology stakeholders and coordinate with central growth and tech teams to shape and execute growth initiatives. You will translate partner objectives into actionable roadmap topics, monitor feature adoption and use data-driven insights to improve performance. This is a cross-functional, impact-focused role with a clear path to extending our ecommerce impact across leading retailers.

Responsibilities
- Drive growth agenda with partner accounts to improve commercial outcomes, customer base, order volume and profitability
- Build and maintain relationships with partner ecommerce, marketing and technology stakeholders
- Leverage OSP knowledge and central growth experts to design and implement growth strategies
- Provide insights and reporting on growth topics to internal and partner stakeholders
- Support day-to-day use of OSP, ensuring optimal webshop configuration and feature utilization
- Consult on in-depth projects and ongoing optimisation forums to improve performance
- Translate growth objectives into prioritised initiatives and optimisations
- Monitor delivery and adoption of growth-critical features and manage risks or dependencies
Key requirements
- Fluency in English essential; second European language desirable
- Bias to action with ability to design data-driven strategies and secure implementation
- Stakeholder relationship-building and networking skills
- Team player with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with ambiguity and challenging situations
- Experience in performance marketing or commercial/trading in direct-to-consumer grocery ecommerce
