Overview
In this role you drive growth for Ocado’s European retail partners within the Partner Success Team.
You combine ecommerce, grocery expertise and analytics to shape growth strategies, optimise the Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) usage, and improve partner performance.
You collaborate with partner teams and Ocado specialists to translate objectives into actionable initiatives and monitor impact.
This position offers visibility across major retailers and a chance to influence go-to-market and digital commerce growth on a scalable platform.

Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver growth strategy for assigned partner(s) to boost customer acquisition, retention, order growth and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner ecommerce, marketing and technology stakeholders
- Leverage OSP knowledge and central growth experts to design and implement growth initiatives
- Serve as the primary ecommerce growth contact for the partner and represent requirements in roadmap governance
- Consult on projects and ongoing optimisation forums to improve partner commercial performance
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
- Monitor delivery and adoption of growth features to maximise value and utilisation
- Escalate risks or blockers that could impact growth realization
- Key requirements
- Fluency in English plus knowledge of one other European language (desirable)
- Bias to action and ability to design data-driven strategies with secure implementation
